I had a horrible experience with Ikapestore and would not recommend them to anyone. I purchased a portafilter but later decided to return it. When I contacted their customer service, they completely ignored my messages and were completely unresponsive. They showed zero interest in assisting me.
The only way I managed to get my refund was by contacting my bank and opening a dispute. It was a frustrating and unnecessary process that could have been easily avoided if they had just responded and handled the return properly.
This store is not reliable, and their after-sales service is nonexistent. If you're considering making a purchase, think twice! You might end up dealing with a lot of hassle if something goes wrong.
Great coffee everyday. Put it below my breville grinder, push a button. Poke it a bit with my WDT tool to level and declump. Tap it, and twist it on. Push for two shots, and perfect shots!
Received the V3 magnetic dosing funnel, WDT tools, and filter. All products are high quality and work as expected (My only issue with the funnel is that's too big to fit on during grinding and can only be applied afterwards during the stirring phase which isn't ideal but still works).
I did originally order the bottomless portafilter but backed out after placing the order (I already have 2 portafilters at home). The customer service was very helpful and understanding in applying the order change and refund prior to shipping.
Still waiting for my refund 5 months later!
I was double charged for delivery, no efforts to rectify whatsoever. Be very careful buying from IKAPE.
