The package arrived in five days. It felt a bit stiff to use at first, but after I contacted customer service to report the issue, the IKAPE team determined it was a product defect and sent me a brand-new replacement. The new Unipress operates very smoothly. I use medium-dark roast beans, and simply pressing down with this tool works perfectly. A fantastic product.
A very good portable espresso machine when you hiking/camping/bicycle tour etc. You don't need to search for a 220v socket or any alternative for hot water, very big plus.
App it's good but if you don't have a pressure gauge it's not so useful. You need to learn very good app and machine to make a good espresso.
I make espresso and compared with La Pavoni machine, it's good espresso but not like on La Pavoni. My opinion, it's a very good portable espresso machine but it's probably not as good like what you have home. Price it's very high in my opinion for such a machine, even it's very good material, 270$ with foldable stand and carrying bag. Thanks!
The tool is easier to use. Almost perfect, the wdt however, the top alluminium ring is loose after a few use when i got it, and making it wobble and did not function well. and the threaded insert on the side is a bit difficult to access. But after tightening it up, tool is perfectly fine. A bit suggesstion make a hole on the shaft for the threaded insert. I saw it scratch the shaft thread on top. Overall, happy with the tools
