IKAPE wins the Pioneer Brand Award at the 2026 AliExpress Global Brand Awards, marking a milestone in the coffee equipment brand's global growth.
Dear All,
I am writing regarding my recent order, which contained two products. One of the items is correct; however, the IKAPE V6 Impact Coffee Tamper (Mini size) was supplied in the wrong size. I ordered size 58.35 mm, but I received size 51 mm.
The item with the incorrect size has not been used and remains in its original packaging. Please find attached a picture of the V6 Impact Coffee Tamper (Mini).
Initally I have place the order without registration and I did not receive an order confirmation email and therefore do not have the order number. The only information available to me is the tracking number provided by the delivery company, which is also attached.
I kindly request your assistance in arranging the return of the incorrectly sized product and would like to place an order for two other items, listed below:
https://ikapestore.com/products/ikape-all-in-one-coffee-distributor-and-tamper-combo?_pos=1&_sid=ba0449713&_ss=r (the size should be 58.35mm)
IKAPE Variable Diameter Convex Portafilter Basket 58mm to 32mm
Meanwhile I have registerd myself to your site.
Kind regards,
Marko
