Best use espresso knock box for home barista

Why do you need an espresso knock box and what are the advantages of IKAPE's knock box? Is it suitable for home coffee bar？
I've bought several items, and received wrong tamper size.
Upon contacting support they've sent me correct size within 2 days and told me that that there is no need to return wrong one.

Machining quality and materials are amazing, everything is well done, very shiny, polished, paint is great, feel of items is amazing.
However design needs improvements.
So shaker is barely usable unfortunately. Groove in lid collects coffee. Because body isn't monolithic groove between top part and bottom also collects coffee. Also tolerance between the middle piece and bottom ring isn't ideal and if grind fine enough (which I do because I bought high-flow basket) coffee goes flying everywhere.
Last flaw is that on 51mm portafilters ears are flush with top, and you can't really put shaker on portafilter and magnets do nothing, because they are recessed and don't reach anything as lip gets in the way of ears.
Unfortunately can't recommend this exact product and hope that next iteration will be better.

Tamper feels completely disconnected from the scale, there is a little resistance change at the very top, but past middle of the scale it get softer again and it doesn't change at all.
Also seems like shaft has some play because the table ends up being not perfectly level all the time.
Ordered a high extraction basket but got sent the wrong product. Once notified they quickly sorted out the mess-up. The basket is great! Wouldn't want to use my machine without it now :D
This tamper is really nice and so useful for our machine. We ordered the wrong size and the customer service was really nice to send a new one immediately.
