IKAPE Coffee Rotary WDT Distribution Tool and the Tamper v3 from them and received it within a week. products are great and high quality but i received the wrong version of the Distribution tool so i reached out to customer service, this is where things went down hill. They replied to my request for a resolution with OK and nothing else but i had to keep messaging them to get a resolution that they said they would send me the missing products but 3 weeks on and still nothing, i did send them a request for an update but got nothing in return. so basically the products work great but if you get the wrong thing or need to RMA Good luck
It works great, easy to handle.
