Good evening, IKAPE.
I placed an order on Monday December 2nd (order #12356). The description reads as follows
“Espresso Products Set - This coffee bar set include the V4 plam coffee tamper, gravity distributor, dosing funnel, v2 wdt tool, V2 knock box ABS and V1 puck screen, which are all the coffee accessories when you make espresso”.
Upon receiving my product, there were no accessories in the box. Attached are some pictures for your reference. Please let me know how we can get this issue resolved on your end or how to proceed with a refund.

I understand that the baskets are 54 mm in diameter. However, what is the depth? Baskets are available in 24mm, 28mm, and 32mm.
