The company includes a 3M double sided piecce to glue the gray rubber base to the hard plastic knock box. Problem is that the double sided piece is too thin to remove both sides and apply. Worse is that the paper pieces on both sides had no slit so the customer needs to try to removde the paper from an edge which then curls up.
I was able to use Barge Cement to glue the gray rubber base to the knock box but one should not need to do this.
