I placed my order and received the package within two weeks. The box arrived first, but I noticed the logo on the box was slightly misaligned and bent. I attempted to contact customer support to address my concerns, but received no response.
Two days later, the tools arrived, and everything matched my order perfectly—the size 58 portafilter and all the tools—except for one issue: the pucks. They were 53 mm, while everything else was 58 mm, as I had ordered.
I’ve reached out to the support team multiple times over the past month, sending several emails, but I still haven’t received any response. This lack of communication has been really frustrating.
