Beware of Black Plastic Above Shower Screen, and Customer "Service"
Concerned with the use of black plastic that interacts with hot water above the shower screen, I requested to return my Kapo K2. A week after sending the request via e-mail, there's no response. After two day of messaging them using their website's customer service chat app, still no response.
Have been loving the KAPO K2 as a new mainstay in my travel and work coffee set up. Works great to make soup shots. Only issue is the tamper sometimes gets stuck in the basket - have to use it with the dosing funnel but it limits the reach
