Coffee appliance brand IKAPE released their latest product line in October 2024, with the fifth generation of coffee tamper in that lineup being the more notable.
On seeing the box in my tiny kitchen I decided it was too big. The box was fine, as described and of good quality. It was just too big for my kitchen. I followed the detailed instructions on the web site to initiate a return but did not receive any reply much less an RMA. The window for return has now passed with no contact. I will be initiating a dispute with my credit card company.
Ordered from Romania and I was not disappointed with this. Took a little while to arrive, but it was worth it for the quality. 10/10
Great purchase. Very useful for day to day espresso making and the brush itself feels to be of nice quality. Thanks Ikape !
It's a huge help and so much more gentle on my hand, arm, shoulder. My only criticism is if you go to slow or two fast, the puck will pop the top layer of ground coffee up. I've learned to go for 1-2 seconds and to give it a little twist on the way up, and then it almost always works.
This machine is very good!
