[Notice] Delivery Delays Due to Covid-19 Pandemic

In light of the recent Covid-19 pandemic, please be aware that delivery times for some of our items may be affected due to delays in production and delivery.

We will be monitoring this situation closely and will strive to deliver products with as little delay as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you understand the issue

Shipping Centers and Processing

All orders will be processed and shipped directly from our distribution center in China and our warehouse in the United States, depending on stock availability.

Order processing time is 1-2 business days (From Monday to Friday). No special circumstances w we can ship within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed after 11am Beijing time will take +1 business day to process. For example, orders placed after 9am on Friday may not be processed and shipped until the following Monday.

Orders will not be processed for shipment on Chinese holidays(specific dates will be announced on the homepage)

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind immediately after ordering, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. If an order has already been issued, please refer to our refund policy.

Change of Address

We cannot change the delivery address once the shipment is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Ikapeaftersale@outlook.com

Value Added Taxes and Duties

 

Please note that some countries impose duties or VAT on shipments from China. You are responsible for any additional taxes imposed by your government on shipping packages. IKAPE will do its best to provide the best international shipping experience, but most of the process is out of our control and is controlled by your country's official postal system.

In the case of inbound customs clearance in the customer's home country, additional duties and VAT, if any, will be borne by the customer. In addition, in international deliveries, we usually take the initiative in handling customs clearance (including duty matters), but if complications arise, the customer is responsible for handling the situation and we will assist throughout until the problem is successfully resolved.
