I purchased my bang box a year ago. We make one to two espressos a day. Recently the rubber inside the bang box broke apart. We love the tools and box but disappointed in replaceability of such a simple part that is bound to need replacing.
Excellent piece of kit, much better than the tamper provided with my coffee machine. Gives you a perfect tamp everytime
It is best to use if you have flat burr in the grinder. For conical, it's not a big difference if you use it or not.
It's working fine, just as expected.
